Mr & Mrs Cuff started its cufflinks online business back in 2007, with only 10 different designs of men's cufflinks. These 10 designs were not just any designs, they were selected out of hundreds of different cufflinks designs. These quality cufflinks were sold at very competitive prices to friends and colleagues that we know personally, and in just a month, all 30 pairs were sold off. 

A close friend asked me : "Where did you get your cufflinks from? Even though you only carry 10 different designs, all 10 designs are classy and elegant! Some cufflinks retailer carry hundreds of designs but 80% of them cannot even match your great designs."

What this close friend said struck a deep chord in me, and we started to bring in more and more designs with an emphasis on quality cufflinks and competitive pricing of the cufflinks. We want to make a brand for our very own Singapore Online Cufflinks.

Our Operating Principles...

Mr & Mrs Cuff follow 3 basic principles in our cufflinks business - "Lean And Mean" Stocks, Customer Focus and Competitive Low Pricing. 

We do not believe in carrying large inventories with hundreds of cufflinks designs, but none with Class or Style. You will notice that our cufflinks inventories have limited designs, but all of our designs we carry are great to look at and you find yourself loving every one of them! Whether it is our novelty cufflinks series, the vintage cufflinks series, or even our Personalized Custom Cufflinks, they are all exquisite and limited. How was this achieved? We simply spend days going through hundreds and hundreds of different designs before we shortlist less than 5% for sale in our online cufflinks store.

Our stocks have very high turnover. Each time the stocks come in, there are only about 300 - 500 pairs, and they get sold out within 2 months. In this way, we are able to change our designs very frequently, keeping the variety of cufflinks changing all the time, bringing a form of 'Freshness' to our returning clients.

Our clientele are comprised of 70% Returning Customers, and 30% new customers. These new customers later became our returning customers. Why did they return? Because we believe very strongly in treating our customers right, going the extra mile to keep them satisfied. When they like your products and service, you will get referrals and recommendations.

Lastly, by keeping our cufflinks prices low, we enable our clients to keep coming back every month to buy new cufflinks. We are not here to make a fast buck, but to make sure that our cufflinks business remain sustainable and profitable over the long run. Some people say that a pair of cufflinks can last 5 years. Mr & Mrs Cuff believe that everyone can afford to buy a great pair of cufflinks every month for the next 5 years!
